About Code Success
Code Success is a Southern Africa's coaching & mentoring provider. It was founded in 2019 as a brain child of Tech Oasis Systems (Pvt), formed to address the Software Development skills gap to build and deliver technical intellectual support for digital literacy and programming skills.
To date, Code Success has coached and mentored over 800 Software developers and helped many teams to improve on their architectural and technological systems.
Whilst educational systems are teaching programming, there is a gap where taught Software Developers do not have access to experienced Software Professionals who can guide these new entrants into being professionals. All our trained Software Developers have seen remarkable progress in their work and accelerated to high roles.
